When I was younger I really struggled with PMS symptoms, migraines and a few times had cramps so bad… I passed out from the pain..
Hormones have always been a thing for me.. I couldn’t take birth control because it made me sick… I had morning sickness for almost my ENTIRE pregnancy…
Hormones are regulated in the liver, and at age 28 I had pregnancy induced liver failure…. HELLP syndrome… I also have Epstein Bar..also effects the liver, and because of my previous position on chemical tankers and power plants as an engineer , ugh, I have chemical sensitive that are out of this world…
It is WHY, I turned to help coaching and specifically studied detoxing the liver at the International School of Detoxification. The liver is a VITAL organ to balance our immunity, metabolism and hormones.
AND THEN I began to HEAL with nutrition, my migraines were gone for about 8 years… and lately they are coming back..
I knew the time would come. If you suffer from migraines you know it can be debilitating Its some of the worse pain I have ever endured.
I know I am not big on pushing supplements but I always say there is a time and placeand well that time for me is now, here is what I am going to try. There are a lot of resources out here for managing symptoms naturally, these are just the ones, I have decided to try for my symptoms.
