About Your Mentor
Hello love. I am energy healer, intuitive coach and mentor for healers and coaches. My coaching business started in 2009 after working 10 years corporate. Read more about my personal story and life changing event here.
Throughout the years, my business kept evolving and changing. I remained fluid and flexible to my our personal embodied healing as well as the needs of my community. From health coaching, life coaching, functional medicine, detoxification, energy healing, yoga and meditation teacher to coach trainer and mentor. Throughout my coaching career, like everyone else, time and money were resources that seemed to come and go.
In 2018 I made a big shift and decided to take up more space so that I could give back more to my community and to the world. I went from coach to business owner, invested in my first of many business coaches. In every mastermind I was in, one thing stood out, I felt more confident and had greater success financially and in client attraction then most of my mastermind buddies. I loved building relationships and connection and gained many friends and colleagues of the years through these masterminds which I still collaborate with. Congruently because of my career in various forms of integrative wellness, my devotion to not only my soul’s work, but to my wellbeing kept me in alignment energetically and contributed to my success. As I continued to grow and expand from a place of aligned flow and aligned action, possibilities exponentially presented themselves to me. I continued to deepen my personal practice and my intuitive gifts while keeping my values of balance, wellbeing , family, freedom and joy present at all times.
