About the Founder & CEO

I support wellness leaders and coaches to thrive and prosper in life and business with my Prosperity Retreat Method. I have been in leadership since 1995, coaching since 2009 and a retreat facilitator since 2014. I began my coaching career after 10 years working corporate. A life changing experience led me to the path of healing, coaching and becoming a teacher and mentor to leaders, coaches, and healers. In 2015 I had a vision of creating a school for coaches and healers to come together to create a ripple effect in the world for positive change. Through my own personal journey of becoming certified in health and life coaching, a yoga, mindfulness, energy healing, breath work,  and meditation teacher, I began combining my skills and love for travel to create magical retreat experiences in 2014. In 2018 I spent the entire year traveling and training while expanding the depth of my retreat facilitator experiences  and began to understand the value of the Art of Transformational Facilitation for Retreat Experiences.

The school originally founded as Conscious Coaching Academy in 2018 to train life coaches evolved into Embodied Soul Coaching Academy in 2020 but something was missing and retreats were always my zone of genius.  The years following 2020 invited us back into quality in seeking in person connection and my retreats would sell out in a few days to capacity. The work I loved most in my coaching business with retreats became the highest revenue income stream in my business. Throughout the years, several of my clients began creating women’s circles and retreats by recreating what they experienced and struggled to make a profit without the knowledge or wisdom of the art of facilitation, somatic practices and techniques , the energetics of a retreat such as sacred space, embodiment, ethics, logistics, integration, communication and support that goes into creating a masterful experience. The Body Wisdom Coaching Program expanded to include retreat facilitator certification enhanced  with a wealth mindset upgrade to overcome money blocks in creating and charging his ticket is the answer.
