Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please allow at least 24-hour notice. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non refundable. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost. Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless I hear otherwise, I'll expect you to be there. Please cancel the appointment through your confirmation email or my website under BOOK NOW or call, text 904-885-2152 , or email jen@jenmons.com to let me know if you cannot make your appointment. Understandably there are times when circumstances are beyond our control, these instances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations.   If less then 24 hours, please email at jen@jenmons.com or text at 904-885-2152. Cancellations made 24 or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 100%. To reschedule, please use your email confirmation and properly reschedule within the system and click on RESCHEDULE to be directed to our online scheduling system.

Cancellations for Private Private retreats, workshops, events, or retreats must be made 14 days in advance for full refund. A Reschedule within the 14 days is available with 10% rescheduling fee.
