After years of studying nutrition, functional medicine, detoxification , yoga, mediation, emotional empowerment, holistic wellness, mindfulness and fitness, energetic divine healing and number mapping, she blends tools and intuitive insight to facilitate alignment in mind, body, and spirit and create a life free of overwhelm and stress. She teaches you how to Awaken and Empower your Embodied Healer and start living a life you love in alignment with your soul and truth.
