In this episode, Jen interviews Ragda Deeb. Ragda Deeb, MPT, RYT, CPC is a licensed master of physical therapy, registered yoga teacher, certified empowerment coach and master Reiki practitioner. Her physical therapy background bridges science with breath, meditation and yoga (always with a spiritual flare). She had a double major in Psychology and Human Development from Vanderbilt University, then got her master's degree in physical therapy. She's an incredible mother to four boys (THREE teenagers right now!), and her rule of thumb for parenting is to parent from within, i.e. use the body and heart versus the head and mind).
