After your initial connection call, you will have 30 days and up to 3 potential VA Assistant Candidates to interview perfectly aligned and matched for your needs. Your initial deposit is required after your complimentary consultation to begin the process. The final payment is made upon your final acceptance of your new VA Hire Connect in which we will connect you with your VA Hire. We strive to provide quality service for our clients. If you are not satisfied with the services provided after the 3 interview candidates, you can request in written form for a partial refund minus the initial deposit (application fee) within the 30 days of the signed contract after the consultation call.

AS CEO and Founder of VA Hire Connect. I bring my 25 years experience in leadership and 15 in Coaching. A former military Academy Graduate, Engineer and Exec turned health, life coach, teacher and trainer. I embody a blend of strategy with soul. When I shifted from coach to business owner in 2018, my business began to sky rocket and I needed support quickly. I paid for a course to teach me how to hire a team and I didn't have the time to complete the course or interview people. We take the work out of this for you. We do the initial work and bring you 3 interviews. VA Hire Connect evolved as graduates of Embodied Soul Coaching Academy successfully launched graduates with coaching careers ready to step into Business ownership. As graduates began to scale their business from coach to CEO and Business Owner, their need for a support team comes and we are here to support them.

Marie Fidelle has 10 years of Leadership Management and Systems Operations. She has been the Lead Assistant to Jen Mons Coaching and Embodied Soul Coaching Academy since 2020. She has a gift of paring up our clients with their dream team of assistants through our hiring process. No need to pay for a program, you only pay a fee that includes up to 3 potential hires. We do all the work for you. She is also the creator of our training course for VA Hires. You inform us of your needs: Podcast Producer, CRM, Emails, Accounting SEO, Website, PDF and Content Creation, Funnels, and she will pair you up with the best match.
