Vulnerability is the Gateway to Your Potential
My favorite speaker and author on vulnerability is @brenebrown. This message above was one of the biggest takeaways I aligned with in her message. ☝️
.
When things get uncomfortable, do you turn your head the other way and hope that it goes away? Take the easy way with quick fixes?
•
Or do you “lean in” to “listen” to the uncomfortable and allow the situation to be your teacher toward your journey of personal growth and well-being?
•
“Leaning in” to the discomfort and vulnerability is not easy. But it’s where the magic happens.
•
It is the catalyst for change.
•
All of your hopes, dreams, desires, healthy beliefs, and habits that you want to create in your life are waiting on the other side of this!
•
This is where a coach makes all the difference. It’s much easier to walk away or turn your head when you don’t have support or guidance or someone who has your back cheering you on, holding space with compassion and love.
•
What is any area that you might be willing to get a little comfortable with the uncomfortable?
•
Allow vulnerability to be the gateway to all of your potential.
