In this episode, Jen interviews Cara Carin Cifelli. Cara is a holistic health & anti-diet coach. Through her own struggle with an eating disorder and experiencing the freedom on the other side of recovery, she started her coaching business. She helps people who struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, chronic yo-yo dieting, and restriction take their power back from food and transition into intuitive eating and body respect. She is the author of two books, a self-help book titled Body Wisdom & a cookbook titled Vegan Buddha Bowls. She is the host of the podcast Love Your Bod Pod.
