The Future of Healing is in the Teaching of Self Healing

The future of healing is in the teaching of self healing. What does that mean? Self healing is not about, ‘I'm going to completely take my health in my own hands and do everything.’ That's not what it's about. True self healing is accessing that inner wisdom of knowing when, what, where and how to tap into the resources that are already available for you. Know what to choose to do for themselves. That feels good for them. Which often includes saying no to a lot and sometimes it includes saying no to things that make you different from everybody around you. And that's not an easy thing to do, but it's a wonderful gift. I think that anytime we become attached to one thing is going to work for everyone all the time. I think that we step out of the truth of who we are and it's important to really honor that we're different and we have different needs.

Usually when we need those things is when because we've been out of alignment and maybe we've come into some type of health discomfort or challenge and also it's important to know when we do need those things. I have the people that help my body to heal, and I go to them when I need to. Body work is really helpful for healing, energy work, massage therapy, acupuncture. All of those things are so wonderful. And also movement is really important, too. So it's really good to have those people that can help you to keep your body in alignment physically when you're not able to do it all yourself. An even greater gift is being able to really know what you need when you need it and how to keep yourself healthy and in alignment. The deeper layer of health wellbeing was many layers. It was emotional, physical, spiritual and mental as well. All of those parts are the wholeness of who we are, and they all need to be honored in order for us to have balanced and optimal well being in our life. There's so many layers with a health crisis, with the health of our body that there isn't anything that you can do to just heal. Now, food does heal, and it did heal us, and it is super powerful, and it's only part of the process.

If you're able to notice right away when you feel a little off and you're able to do things to increase your immune system, that is really powerful. But the first step is to listen to your body and to be aware of it. So it's about adding in the things into your body to reduce inflammation. Ginger, turmeric, garlic, red pepper, cayenne pepper and things like that. And also taking out the things that create inflammation in your body because inflammation, sugar, those things feed viruses. So it's really about keeping, as they say in Chinese Medicine, the qi of the patient or the energy in your body stronger than the energy of the virus and when you can figure this out, it is so empowering. It is really empowering. It's such a wonderful gift to know your body, to know your body, to nourish it in a way where you never really get sick. You have viruses, but you don't have the symptoms because your body is strong. Where you have this relationship with your body, where you honor it, you listen to it, you live in the flow of the cycle of your natural energy flow. You nourish it in the way that it needs to be nourished. You say no to the things that don't serve you. So the future of healing and where we are in this day and age is really going to be in those that are teaching self healing.

We are moving into a time where we are really being called to come home to our truth, our inner wisdom. There will be people that will continue living the way that they are. They're going to keep seeking answers outside of themselves. But collectively, we are being called into a time and energy of seeking and knowing the answers within ourselves because we are the only people that will be with us for our entire life. And there will be things that will happen that no one will have the answer to. Now there is a time and a place for that, and it's about knowing when, knowing when you need the support. It's important to know your body and not to wait. But you have to have that relationship with your body in order to know when to seek support. As long as we continue to seek support outside of ourselves, every single time we feel something, then we're not learning what we need. We're still wanting somebody else to heal us, to save us. As long as we're seeking the answer from somebody else, then we're not talking. So the teachers of wisdom, the teachers of body wisdom, the teachers of self healing, the teachers of learning, your connection with, your intuition are the ones that I'm going to invite you to start listening to, because we are in a time where the universal consciousness is shifting to a place where that is the only way. There will not be enough answers. There will not be enough support for all of the things that are happening. There will not be answers.

We are moving so quickly that we cannot understand how the body is responding to all of the changes on the planet right now. And where do I get this information? Just look around you. Look at what is happening right now with the children. How many friends do you have with children who are asthmatic, autistic, have ADHD, or maybe they're struggling with their weight or their health in some other way. It's everywhere. It's the new normal. And why is this happening? Look at the toxicity of our life, the food, the digital media that we're exposed to, the emotional trauma that we're living in right now, the fears that our kids are living with. There's so much happening energetically that we cannot continue to live in a grounded state of being unless we are continuing to learn how to tap into your body, to tap into that inner wisdom. That is the only way forward. And this is ancient wisdom. This is the way that we used to live and we're living in a time where we are being called to remember that in the world that we live in now and to move forward with that healing with herbs and food and energy and being inside of your body because the frequency of the earth is speeding up. So where we find a grounded frequency is in our body, coming into it, tapping into it, giving it what it needs.

I leave you with the question that I want you to consider, maybe a journal about how well you think you know your body, your energy, what it needs? What do you want? A lot of women don't know the answer. They haven't taken the time. I'm inviting you to take the time right now to consider what it is that you need for your own healing. And I'm not just talking about physical healing. I'm talking about emotional healing. I'm talking about breaking karmic patterns of emotional trauma in families. I'm talking about mental wellbeing, there's a physical component to that. The gut brain connection. It's so multifaceted. I'm talking about energy healing. How does your body feel? How is your life showing up? Where are you out of alignment? Is there a breakdown in your marriage, your relationships with people, your health, your finances, your relationship with your business? Whatever it is? If there's a breakdown something's out of alignment. So I'm going to invite you to get clear on what that is right now. Just that first step of awareness and identifying. It helps to break the cycle.

Then I'm going to invite you to come up with an action step to move forward. What are you going to do? Is there one small step of inner work that you can commit to in order to break the cycle that you're in? And why? What is your why? Why do you want to develop this relationship with yourself, with your worth, your energy, your health, your well being? When you do that, it affects your relationships with your loved ones, your business, your finances, your home, everything. So, what is your why? I would love for you guys to share with me.
